Southern Peninsula College (SPenC) hosted a UniFAST Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) LANDBANK Enrollment Activity on July 17, 2026, in Labason, Zamboanga del Norte.
The activity brought together UniFAST TES beneficiaries from Southern Peninsula College and Saint Mary’s College of Labason at one venue. CHED-UniFAST TES Regional Coordinators processed the LANDBANK enrollment of participating student-beneficiaries.
Coordinated TES services for two Labason institutions
Southern Peninsula College provided the venue for the activity, while Saint Mary’s College of Labason joined SPenC to help streamline the processing of beneficiaries from the two private higher education institutions in Labason.
Conducting the activity at a shared venue allowed the TES Regional Coordinators to assist beneficiaries from both institutions through an organized process. Students received guidance during the required LANDBANK enrollment procedures and had the opportunity to address processing concerns with the responsible coordinators.
